Moreover, she knew exactly how to position and market the house. Linda has great marketing skills! We were determined to take our home off the market and rent it. Her initial letter to us was so impressive that we decided to meet with her. The book showing how she was going to market the house and the statistics of the past sales and current listings with comparisons in the town as well as the county was enlightening and very thorough. Her knowledge of interior design helped stage the empty house with little accessories that we had available. Our gardener couldn't come before the first open house, so Linda introduced another one who cleaned up the yard and planted new plants. Linda's advice and communication during the whole process was great. She is a complete pleasure to work with and we highly recommend Linda.
